Air may be invisible, but most people will never take indoor air quality (IAQ) for granted again. Improving IAQ is a starting point of a healthier school, which can help improve the well-being of students and staff alike.

Stephanie Scibilia
Director of Channel Partnerships, SafeTraces
Stephanie is responsible for growing the market position of SafeTraces’ aerosol tracing assessments & advising testing applications in the K12, Higher Ed, Healthcare & Critical facility industries. Within these industries, she works with facility owners, MEP, & Commissioning firms who are responsible for commissioning & optimizing HVAC systems to reduce energy systems while maintaining safe indoor air. Prior to her role with SafeTraces, Stephanie was a Business Development Manager for SGS Galson, an industrial hygiene laboratory, and has been in the Environmental Health Services industry for 15 years. Since 2016 she has volunteered with the Georgia Local Section American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) holding several positions including Director, President, and is currently the Past-President. She is also a Board Member of the Strategic Advisory Board Laboratory Accreditation Program for the AIHA. She is a graduate from Boston College where she earned a B.A. Degree in Biology with a Business Concentration.
Matt Jones
Managing Director, Mamachi
Matt Jones is the Managing Director of Mamachi, a leading Energy, Carbon and Sustainability Agency, purpose built to support the Education Sector. Since 2010 Matthas supported hundreds of Schools nationally, and has long advocated Indoor Environment Quality,Building Wellbeing and Occupant Comfort. His interest in this aspect of the Built Environment spansback to 2010, as a member of the Air Infiltration and Ventilation Association of Australia. During COVID Matt played an educative role, ensuring knowledge transfer on key technologies like CO2 Sensors, Air-Purification and UV-C Technology, to ensure Schools invested wisely through good strategy, not ad-hoc through panicked reflex. Matt continues to advocate the importance of air quality, occupancycomfort and related wellbeing on the basis of learning and productivity, student and staff health and overall School perception and believes air quality will continue to be an integral role to good education delivery.
Chris Wallington

Chris Wallington is a Sales Leader at Honeywell with over a decade working with the Education sector. Chris is passionate about helping schools and organisations create safe, comfortable and sustainable occupant experiences across their portfolio. Chris has introduced software and solution platforms to organisations providing real time visibility to the environment, and a firm believer that ‘you can’t manage if you can’t measure’.
Jack Noonan
Vice President, Asia Pacific, International WELL Building Institute
Jack Noonan serves the Asia Pacific market as Vice President, APAC, for the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). Based in Melbourne, Jack’s role involves leading the technical support, market development and operations across the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to his time at IWBI, Jack was the Manager of Climate Change Programs at Sustainability Victoria, a government agency, where he developed and led the TAKE2 Climate Change Program and informed state climate policy. This followed six years working at a building science consultancy, where he held a number of leadership roles including the National Relationship and Marketing Manager, State Manager and Senior Consultant.
Jack holds Bachelor degrees in Science and Psychology, both from Monash University, as well as a Master of Business focused on the commercialization of science and emerging technology. In 2009, he was a winner of the National Australia Bank Science in Business award.
His areas of expertise include air and water quality, green buildings, sustainability rating tools, science commercialization and climate policy. He is a WELL Accredited Professional and a long-standing member of the International Society for Indoor Air Quality (ISIAQ). He is passionate about environmental justice and equity, as well as the health and education of communities. He also serves on the board of a local community organization focused on adult education and social inclusion.
