Our Integrity and Compliance program includes the following elements:

  • Conducting company-wide training for employees on health, safety, environmental responsibility, non-discrimination, conflicts of interest, anti-corruption, trade controls, and maintaining the highest standards of excellence in all business interactions.
  • Performing thorough reviews of transactions to ensure compliance with every legal standard.
  • Establishing Integrity & Compliance Councils at the corporate, business unit, and regional levels.
  • Providing resources to ensure compliance with every law at every level of our business.
  • Using tools to ensure orders are accepted from, and shipments made to, only countries or persons not under sanctions.
  • Focusing significantly on compliance with anti-corruption laws and addressing potential risks of non-compliance with enhanced forensic audit capabilities.
  • Conducting thorough, frequent internal reviews and audits of government contract sites.
  • Implementing robust integration processes to ensure newly acquired companies understand and comply with Honeywell policies and procedures.
  • Conducts prompt and thorough investigations of all allegations of known or suspected violations of our Code of Business Conduct, applicable law or Honeywell policy.
  • Enforces a zero tolerance against any form of retaliation for making a good faith report of actual or potential misconduct.
