What role do you and your teams play in powering a more sustainable future?

My teams make an impact by helping to make industrial companies' processes safer and more energy efficient while helping to reduce downtime in their operations and enhancing worker safety.

How does personal and professional development play a role in the work you do?

A rewarding part of my role is bringing people together from various businesses to work toward a common goal. In terms of making an impact, I value making real connections with people across the various Honeywell entities across the world, and I strive to become my best by being an inclusion and diversity champion and constantly learning through mentoring and coaching.

What does being a Futureshaper mean to you?

A Futureshaper has many facets. One of them is leading the youth because the technology we develop now is going to be implemented by the next generation coming up through the ranks and through their training as well.

The other facet is leading by example as a mentor and coach.
