On November 6, 2023, Honeywell Productivity Solutions & Services (PSS) announced an agreement to sell its Media Business for industrial labels and tags to OMNI Systems, with a closing date of December 15, 2023.

This sale does not impact our print hardware business. Our extensive suite of industrial, desktop and mobile printers continues to grow with ongoing investments.
