Su Ping Lu.

She is responsible for leading Honeywell's global legal, government relations, health, safety, and environment, and security teams.

Previously, Su Ping served as Honeywell’s Vice President and Corporate Secretary and General Counsel, ESG and International where she had responsibility for the Law Department’s corporate finance, securities law, governance, M&A, venture capital, ethics, investigations, political law, cybersecurity, ESG, and international counseling activities. She helped establish Honeywell’s venture capital practice and led the execution of significant M&A transactions and spin-off transactions.

Su Ping joined Honeywell in 2009 as Vice President and General Counsel, Aerospace Technologies in Asia Pacific, leading the legal and contracts teams for Honeywell Aerospace's business and operational activities across the Asia Pacific region. She also served as Vice President and General Counsel for Honeywell Aerospace’s Integrated Supply Chain.

Su Ping began her legal career with Wilson Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati and Shearman & Sterling.

She holds a B.A. in international relations and economics from Stanford University and a J.D. from Columbia University.
