Scott Hillpot

Scott Hillpot serves as Honeywell’s Senior Vice President and Chief Integrated Supply Chain Officer, overseeing all aspects of the company’s integrated supply chain operations. In this capacity, he is responsible for safety, quality, planning, sourcing, logistics, manufacturing engineering and leading digital transformation initiatives. Scott manages a global network comprising over 100 factories and distribution centers, driving excellence, productivity and transformation efforts that fuel Honeywell’s growth and help fulfill customer commitments. 

A transformational leader with over 15 years of diverse experience across Honeywell’s businesses, Scott is recognized for his expertise in managing end-to-end supply chain operations. He has successfully led global teams within the company’s Aerospace and Safety and Productivity Solutions sectors.  

Before assuming his current role, he was Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain for Honeywell’s Industrial Automation business, where his leadership made the supply chain a cornerstone for business growth and innovation. Scott championed digital transformation, leveraging data analytics, automation and artificial intelligence to improve both customer service and operational efficiency. 

Scott began his Honeywell career in 2008 as a rotational engineer after earning his degree in computer and electrical engineering from Northwestern University.
