CCC products are purpose-built and meticulously standardized. This “People Independent” design approach ensures that the systems we provide are robust, consistent in design, and fast to deploy. Through standardization you can significantly reduce commissioning time and operator training time. Standardization on HMI libraries also means that any enhancements on the software platform can be delivered to existing systems with minimal effort. TrainTools - Engineering Utilities

Engineering Utilities is an essential TrainTools software package for all Pro Built customers to have. It includes communication servers, control platform and application configurators, and fast data recorder for use throughout system lifecycle in assisting with tasks such as tuning, backup and restoration, and troubleshooting.

TrainView Operator HMI

TrainView® operator HMI is a TrainTools software package that enables customers to continuously collect high-resolution turbomachinery control data and interact with CCC control systems through its intuitive graphical user interface.

CCC Connect for PI System

CCC Connect for PI System is an optional software component that runs on a TrainTools HMI server which pushes its local time-series data to AVEVA PI System using PI AF SDK. This approach provides better security and data quality compared to traditional integration methods such as those that utilize Modbus or OPC DA over DCOM.
TTCR 16.2 Software Upgrade

Pro Built control systems are supported through system releases called Total Train Comprehensive Release (TTCR). Cybersecurity and connectivity are two of the key areas of increased importance in the industry. This software upgrade brings Prodigy and Vanguard S5P up to the ISA/IEC 62443-4-2 cybersecurity standard.

CCC Pro Built Solution for Experion HMI

CCC Pro Built Solution for Experion HMI provides a set of pre-built, pre-tested, configurable Faceplates for the Experion HMI to enable cost-effective and properly-engineered user interface for operation of CCC Pro Built controllers directly from the Experion HMI displays.
