we developed CCC Inside for CENTUM VP turbomachinery control platform. Antisurge, Performance, Master, Loadsharing, Speed Control and other TMC applications for centrifugal and axial compressors with steam turbines, expander or electric motor drive – all within the CENTUM VP FCS controller.

In the turbomachinery control field, where interactions between control loops occur in a matter o f milliseconds, the requirement to design and test the overall solution as an integrated system is paramount. Compressors, turbines, motor drives and auxiliary equipment are tested together with the rest of Process Control System to ensure smooth operation in all operating modes.

Access to Operator faceplates and Compressor Maps is important to understand the current compressor operation and behavior. Integrating specific Turbomachinery screens with the rest of Operator graphics allows understanding the current situation easier and faster, providing insight into the long-term compressor performance and saving precious time in case of a difficult situation.
