Returned material must go through your Original Place of Purchase and may require a valid RMA number to be processed. Contact your distributor or dedicated Honeywell Account Manager to request RMA and be prepared to submit the following information:

Sales Order / Purchase Order number(s)
Product date code(s)
Detailed description(s) of alleged failure mode(s) (if defect related return request)
Reason for return
Contact information and billing / return shipment address
